| On January 1, 2004 the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (the Act) came into law requiring all businesses that handle personal information to implement privacy policies and procedures.
At Thomson Jaspar & Associates we collect personal and financial information only for the purposes for which you engaged us and have had safeguards in place to ensure that your information remains confidential and is only disclosed with your consent.
We will continue to keep your information confidential. We will also periodically review and update our policies and procedures to make sure our standards are maintained.
