- CA designation (minimum requirement is completion of UFE and audit hours)

- Caseware, Caseview and TaxPrep knowledge
Duties:
- Servicing small business clients
- Work closely with partners and staff on compilation and review engagements (no audit work)
- Review corporate, personal, partnership and trust tax returns
- Willing to work reasonable overtime hours during busy season (January to April)

- Preparation of farming corporation working papers, financial statements and tax returns
- Preparation of AgriInvest and AgriStability
- Liaison with AgriStability program on any client issues

Profile:
- CA designation (minimum requirement is completion of UFE and audit hours) or CMA or CGA designation
- Completion or currently enrolled in CICA In-Depth Tax Course
- At least three years small business accounting and tax experience
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and clients, good organizational skills, a positive attitude and an ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use tax expertise to provide proactive advice
- A genuine interest in tax and business issues
Duties:
- Assist in client tax planning
- Tax research, consulting and preparing tax compliance obligations
- Review corporate, personal, partnership and trust tax returns
- Special tax work such as rollovers, estate freezes, SRED claims, etc.
- Providing tax provision support to small business
- Advise small business clients on Canadian tax implications
